"Staff was very nice. The type of room booked was not available on check-in. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Restaurant menu was minimal, but there were restaurants nearby."

"The property was pretty good, but it would’ve been better if the hot water worked in the area where you wash your hands it did work in the shower area so I was able to have warm showers, but the sink dripped a little bit like I had to put like a washcloth on the sink so I wouldn’t hear like the echo but the air conditioning worked and they had a heater in there. They really try hard to make things better when things didn’t work and that’s why I gave the staff five stars because they really put an effort to make things better. I mean I wish there were someone at the desk all night that would’ve been nice too, but other than that, they really made an effort when they were open."

"No coffee in room, lobby coffee was bad, and no decaf. Sandpaper towels. Only 3 pillows, king bed needs 4. Good mattress. Toilet runs periodically. Bath door moves the bath rug into a wad creating a trip hazard. (Floor tile installed without shortening the bath door.) Bath sink faucet catches on mirror when turned for hot water."

"The room was clean. The king bed comfortable and just right firmness. The bathroom sink was clogged and the water pressure horrible on the sink. No place to put the bar soap in the shower. It was a great location for going to a concert at The Bay Sound. It was raining, so we took a Lyft there, but walked the 30 minutes back."
