"We originally booked at another hotel, it after reading poor reviews, we jumped on Expedia and changed ti the Wyndam Grand. When we arrived we were told that our room had been upgraded ti a suite - the presidential suite. We totally thought they were kidding. That weren’t!!! Our room had 2 floors, 3 living rooms, a full kitchen, a wet bar, dining room, 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an ELEVATOR, 3 floor length balconies, and spectacular oven views everywhere. The room was Epic! The hotel staff treated us like VIPs. I’ve never had a better experience. Wyndam has won a customer for life! I can’t thank them enough for the smile that never left my child’s face!"

"My room smelled of an incredibly strong yet bizarre scent of sweet fruit and mint.? If the smell was audible, it would have sounded like screaming."

"Hotel is supposedly in midst of remodeling, but doesn't seem to be working very quickly. Elevator was out, faucet in bath was extremely loud, towels threadbare, floor in bed area was some time of tile that felt nasty I have stayed here before and seen a gradual decline - I am sad because I liked it so much when we started staying there"

"Room was clean, and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Could have provided more towels in room. They did not provide cleaning or fresh towels, but it was the weekend. Parking was close to room and easy to find spot."
