"Out toilet seat was broken, no mat to put on the floor after showering, the shade was broken so our room was in permenant black out with minimal lamps to turn on. The breakfast was great with potatoes, egg and cheese omelets, sausage, cereals and pastries, yogurt, hot drinks and fruit. Comfortable beds and pillows with fluffy comforters. Very bare bones rooms and decorating. It needed repairs"

"It’s a very old building that has been given a facelift. It looks great cosmetically but it’s in rough shape. There is not an elevator even though it’s a multi-story building. The first room we were given smelled like it had been smoked in, the second room had a fire hazard with a burnt outlet that shocked my wife when she touched the plug. After that they were all out of rooms so we had to find another spot to stay."

"Very clean room and nice breakfast."

"Property is doing some renovations however they were not very disruptive- always good to have places keeping their property updated! Only issue we had wad Air Conditioner in the room was a bit loud"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Great location."

"We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels."

"The bed was extremely comfortable! Room was clean, breakfast good and staff was very friendly! Will definitely be back again."

"The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room."

"Clean, very comfortable. No ice machines on the floor, but the staff had bags of ice for guests in the lobby fridge. We were there participating in the Ironman race and the staff was very helpful with food to go for a very early race start."

"Sound travels very well. Was able to hear people in hallway and elevator all night. It is also impossible to use the toilet in the room without waking anyone else in the room up. As there is no bathroom door."

"Breakfast was empty most of the time and eventually we stopped waiting. The oatmeal was great, but the area was dirty, the high chairs/boosters were very dirty, walls/floor corners/under the raised vanities and furniture were visibly dirty. The parking lot was so small we barely had a space. Staff said we could park anywhere we could fit including making a spot. Excellent location however and they were affordable and friendly. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very small and crowded...

"The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms...

"Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor."

"Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer."

"Inexpensive but tolerable."

"Staff was AMAZING!!! Loved our room! Only bummer was I didn’t realize there was no hot tub and the pool was small and only 4’ deep. This place is also in a wonderful, clean area of town! Parking lot is small and parking spots are a small and close together."
