"I used to come to Coral Springs 2 times a year and I’d always book different hotels for my own reasons. Now I come here several times a year. After my first stay at this hotel, I chose to continue to book my reservations here. I’ve stood here about 7 times within the year and the staff is always nice and accommodating. They have a pool and gym which I love and free parking. It’s always a pleasure staying here. Highly recommended"

"The afternoon staff was extremely friendly and the parking was easier than most places. We stayed on the front side of the hotel which was extremely loud from street noises including cars, trains and planes. My family stayed on the backside and didn’t have issues. The bathroom was a little dirty but when we had issues with the toilet, the maintenance came right away after we asked the afternoon staff. The morning staff attendant said someone would be up and the toilet was still clogged when...

"We stayed for 6 nights. The breakfast was filling, the parking reasonable at $5 per day and the staff friendly. The location was perfect for us. Although, this is not a luxurious hotel, it was convenient. The hotel is a bit dated, with the rooms needing upgrades. We had a one bedroom suite. The sofa bed did not work and needs a replacement. The beds could be more comfortable, and the one bathroom needs more light and a fan."

"Upon arrival the desk clerk was not very friendly. There was no A/C in the lobby. When we got to the room, the A/C worked-the thermostat was set at 66 degrees. When we put the temperature down to 70 because it was very cold, the room was very muggy. We checked out a day early, because this was a horrible stay. We will never stay at this location again."

"As For my own personal experience, I didn't like the location. I didn't like the smell when I walked into the lobby. The customer service was awful. I stood there for about 25 minutes waiting for the desk clerk to finish her conversation with another female that just kept rambling on for about 20 minutes.
