"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was receiving a thoughtful SMS letting us know that our room was ready before the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after a day of travel. "Great location, within easy walking distance to supermarket and local cafes. We arrived outside reception hours and the instructions were clear, very easy process. Overall very happy with our stay however there are few things that could have been improved. - we had a hire car and on the morning of departure our fob would not undo the gate so we could exit the car park. This also happened to someone else the day prior as we had to open the gate for them as we were heading out for the day. -...

"Older heritage property. Room was super large. It was dated but I knew that upfront. Clean and tidy and comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen area. Friendly staff and great location."

"Location was great for what we wanted. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was a decent size. Looking out into a busy road was entertaining but, as expected, quite noisy at times. Walking distance to shops and great dining precinct was the overall win for us. Cleanliness could be improved as too tired furniture, including one of the beds, very worn carpet and a second fridge because one wasn’t fully working… I’m glad I got a good deal on price."
