"We got there at 4 pm an hour after check in starts and they didn't know what rooms where clean, they were really busy we booked 2 rooms. The staff was very nice but made us wait a while and when I got my room it smelled like cigarettes and I have small children so I had to go back to change my room they were able to give me another room after 15 min, I ended up getting into my room after 5 pm.
