"We arrived on a Sunday for our first of four days. Went out of room Monday and returned to.find room had not been serviced. Spoke to front desk and was advised room service is every other day which i was not.aware of. I requested clean towels which were provided and inqas advised ro would be cleaned the next day per schedule. When returned later that day,Tuesday, room had not been cleared. I spoke to then same desk person who reported the housekeeper did notncome to work that day.i asked why...

"This hotel was okay. I’ve stayed at other Springhill Suites and the conditions were better. The room had a weird smell, it’s more dated than others in the same line and there were wrappers and things in hallways. Our coffee pot was broken and had a water tank filled with old coffee and some glob of slime. I cleaned it and it didn’t work. This means cleaning staff aren’t checking coffee machines closely. One of the treadmills was not level and rocked to the side while I used it. Our room had 2...

"Check in was great! The man at the front desk is friendly and has a wonderful attitude! Fresh lemon water and coffee available 24 hours a day. Property is well maintained. Beds were comfortable and rooms are spacious. Breakfast was good. There is a pool and the fitness room has great options! Will definitely stay again!"

"All the staff were super super friendly and accommodating! I can't say enough nice about them! Our room was very clean. The air conditioner did not cool down properly, and I did inform the gal at the desk when we were checking out about it. I did not say anything while we were there because we were comfortable in our room anyway. You just had to turn it down very low for it to cool at all. The parking was seemed very safe, and there was plenty of it!"
