"Location was great. The tram is behind the hotel and two stops to MOA. Hotel bar is open til 12 for drinks and food. Parking is 18 dollars a day which is kind of a bummer."

"The staff was incredible. It was noticeable how stretched they were to provide the services. They did not comment on it, it was just a vibe, which is currently common for shift workers.
Amenities were not as advertised: pool has not been open since January 2026 (at least this is the date we heard). Also, promised free parking, yet had to renegotiate for it.
Restaurant is excellent. Don’t go looking for better food in the mall, because you won’t find it there."

"The hotel looks brand new. Everything is spotless. We had a room with two beds. They were both queens. The room is very large. The beds were super comfortable. It was a nice workout room. Our shower had really low flow and when we told the Front Desk they sent maintenance right up and replace the showerhead and it was great after that. We didn’t have a breakfast coupon so the breakfast was $11 per person. It wasn’t the greatest buffet but where can you get breakfast for $11? It was OK. I would...

"First off , the elevator was very noisy. In the room, the boxspring for the bed was broken. The hidden mini fridge was loud and ran water all night, the toilet needs attention-refilling itself every 45 minutes was really annoying because it too was very loud. And to really make me not want to come back, At 8:40 a.m. had one knock on the door and a staff person walked into my room to see me standing there in my bra and then closed the door I told the front desk and they said they could tell the...
