"The breakfast was amazing!"

"The staff were very unapproachable and whenever we asked for assistance they seemed annoyed by us. The breakfast room doors were always closed and it was like they did not want us in there. And while we were in the breakfast room it was absolutely disgusting. Split/stuck on food everywhere that looked like it had been there for a LONG time. We went to go swimming and there were band-aids, spiders, debris all throughout the pool. We had to grab the cleaner and scoop items out prior to going in. ...

"Place needs a major upgrade/ cleaning. Room had a serious urine smell issue-no doubt the result of the “”pet friendly “” policy. Overall, the place is worn-out. Actually quite expensive for what you get."

"Breakfast was great! Overall, the property shows some wear and needs a little tlc. Missing baseboards in places, bad patch job on the walls, some mold on the bathroom ceiling."

"I am asking for a Refund. We did not even stay in the property because of how disgusting and horrific it was. There was an awful smell in our room. The room looked like a prison cell the bed was against the wall with chipped paint all over. There was dirty and garbage on the bathroom floor."

"Clean rooms, nice place with friendly staff. This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel where breakfast was an additional charge, but .. it was pretty good, with a nice selection. The sofa in the Suite I stayed in, was not the most comfortable, but the room was nice. Disappointed in the pool being so COLD! I went down for a swim, and only stayed in the pool for about 5 minutes, it was much too cold to enjoy. Ended up going back to the room and taking a hot shower, to warm back up! ...

"Room was clean. We loved the pool and hottub. Pool was good temp! Outside patio area through the pool area was nice. Pool hours 6am- midnight which was very helpful. Decent breakfast - they even had real dishes and coffee mugs with breakfast. 24 hour coffee and lemon water and tea in the lobby. Cookies and popcorn available at check in. Easy access to the interstate. We would stay here again."

"The room was exceptional-spacious, clean and provided everything I could want! (We had a King suite.) The breakfast had a great variety and they even had a 24hr tea and coffee “bar” available in the lobby. The exterior property is a little run down. However I greatly appreciated knowing there is an ice cold, filtered water dispenser available in the exercise room!"

"The property was right on the edge of the interstate, and my room is terribly noisy, the windows are single pain and had to check several times to make sure they were shut. Also my room was tiny almost the size of a camper. A lot of stuff didn't work like the ice maker on the third floor where I was at and the breakfast wasn't well kept or stocked when things ran out they didn't replace them. I only stayed here because it was cheap"
