"Hotel El Ganzo is as good as it gets. It was one of the best hotel experiences my boyfriend and I have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding. The staff genuinely cared for all the guests (shout out to Gustavo and Anny). The food was incredible—probably the best curated food and drinks I’ve had in a long time. Dinner took 55 minutes to arrive (from when we sat down), and we had to go request menus ourselves, two different people took our (same) order. At breakfast, three different people took our order, and it still took me four requests to get water. My husband's coffee came after only the second time he ordered it. Everyone was very nice, but we cannot recommend eating here."
