"Signage for "reception" should be more clear when entering the parking area. There is a big "Exit" sign after you enter the gate which diverts attention to the very small "reception" sign which is the same direction as the "exit"."

"Excellent room and excellent hotel..good restaurant. Breakfast was v good with lots of fruit and usual chill English all buffet. Highly recommend this hotel...only issue is leisure club is bit walk away. The place is clean throughout n even during our stay the cleaned the fountain."

"In diesem heißen Sommer wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert gewesen. Nur ein Fenster zur lauten Innenhofseite war nicht viel. Eine Badewanne ist nicht unbedingt zeitgemäß, aber mit ausreichend Griffen war das Aussteigen zumindest sicher. Ein beleuchteter Badezimmer Spiegel wäre auch schön. Gut sind die Parkplätze ( gegen Gebühr) vor Ort und natürlich die Nähe zum Flughafen."

"Our stay was wonderful Nico (im not sure how to spell it ) he was absolutely 110% personable, helpful and accommodating to our needs even gave us a short tour with so much history on St Helen's. He is a huge asset to the staff. I would recommend this beautiful place to everyone i know. The only thing that is missing is a hair dryer and wash clothes.Thank you for a wonderful stay. "The whole experience was magical, all the staff were so friendly and attentive made me feel like royalty. The room and surrounding amenities at the spa which were right next to the rooms were fantastic. On my next visits which hopefully will be soon, a visit to the Treatment Rooms will be a must. The entrance hall took my breath away as I entered looking for the reception totally wasn't what I expected from outside. Very peaceful surroundings and if you like golf your laughing 😂"
