"The staff is wonderful. It’s a great stay for pets. The location is misleading, it’s not near the airport. But it is a great place, the outside space is serene and comfortable."

"The Housekeepers were such hard workers but, when they get so many roo.s to clean is almost impossible to get the rooms clean like they supposed to."

"Room appeared clean but I found a dirty sock under the pillows and the other sock was under the bed right by nightstand, they were from a previous occupant, I was also charged a separate 73 dollars for I don’t know what, still trying to figure that one out"

"My daughter's James Avery rings and graduation ring were taken while we were gone. There was only 2 towels in the room and when we called for more they said it would take a while because they were busy handing towels out to other rooms. When asked if we could go down and get our own the answer was no. Needless to say the towels never came."

"Got in from a long drive and were impressed on how clean the hotel was. Staff took care of us and assisted with any needs. My family and I slept very comfortably. Definitely recommend staying there for a reasonable price"

"The hotel staff was awesome. Helpful, informative and very polite. We loved the pool- the waterfall was really cool and the jacuzzi was much needed after a long drive from Austin. The breakfast options were great. The staff even allowed me to still make a plate after showing up a little after 9 which I was extremely thankful for. The room was okay. The beds were small and rickety. The room was fairly clean but there were some stains on the sheets and a bit of mold in the shower. The worse part...
