"The room smelled like cigarette"

"This property has a traditional and country club vibe. It sits on 20 acres which would be lovely for a wedding or event. It’s obviously an older property but has been kept well. It was pretty empty when we arrived for an overnight stay and the cars are parked behind the building to the right when you drive up. We did not partake in dinner or breakfast."

"Hotel and rooms clean. Not the most modern of bathroom, but it was clean and had plenty of supplies. The Staff were helpful upon check in, check out and inbetween. Breakfast was pretty good. It would have been nice to have some yogurt at breakfast. The rest of the food was ample. There was plenty of lit parking."

"Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

"We were very happy with our stay at Linden Row. Parking is a block away for $10. The property, especially the rooms show their age. However, our room was decorated in a way that reminded us of the old South, specifically old Charleston. The bed was very comfy and the AC worked great. Coffee in the lobby was good. Breakfast on the property is ordered then brought to your room. The highlight is sweet Annabelle… the sweetest kitty on earth! We would definitely stay there again."

"The room was clean. The staff member I believe her name was Hannah Atleast that what she told me was very rude. I asked for directions more than two time and she waved me off the second time and she was in the phone gossiping about me to her boss or someone. If it wasn’t last mint I would went somewhere else. She didn’t say anything about the complementary breakfast or the pool. The guy that was there when I checked out he was very nice need more of him."

"Couch bed still had a dirty fitted sheet on it with a comb and dirt found inside. The couch had stains all over it. Some of the hot breakfast food items were cold when being served. Hotel was close to the highway but there was definitely no sound deadening in the windows or wall."

"The property overall was clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and also very clean, with comfortable beds and a sizable bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator are included in the rooms, along with a freezer slot in the fridge."

"Room was not clean. Shower door didn’t close. Bathroom sink completely clogged. Expedia never sent my booking into the hotel after the GM approved the date change so there was no reservation. I had to pay a slightly higher “walk in” rate. Still waiting on Expedia to refund my original payment. Front desk staff in evening was rude. GM was very helpful however. Never again booking with Expedia and certainly never staying here again. For not much more I could have stayed at a Hampton inn and had...
