"We had spots on carpet, paint peeling on bathroom ceiling, wallpaper peeling in bathroom other than this was ok. Liked the restaurant and bar, lobby area, all employees were very nice and helpful"

"Fire alarm went off at 630p, 1130p and 1230a. No instructions, no explanations. Inner curtain had a 4 foot vertical rip in it. Telephone cord between phone and dial would not stay physically connected. Tv remote needed batteries. Shower liquid container empty. Breakfast was mostly all carbs except for fresh apples and oranges. Chafing dish did not keep food even warm. It is a regular parking lot around the hotel yet they charge $7.00. Will not stay here again."

"Front desk staff were fine, but the cleaner on my floor didn't seem physically well, so my room was half made, and the new tissue box was soaking wet, so that was the state of the tissues. On the third day they must have changed cleaners so the room was looked after properly. I didn't want to complain, since I didn't want to clearer to lose her job. I think she just needed a break."

"I like the spacious room and the cleanliness of it. I like the cordiality of the staff. What I didn’t like was having to go the front desk for two nights to retrieve towels. Also, I didn’t like having to do the same for my bed linen for one night, plus having to change the bed as well. In addition, the bed rail fell. All inexcusable since I had requested these items earlier in the day for both days. Although the front desk clerk was very apologetic, I was frustrated and will probably not...

"The hotel itself is charming with a lovely courtyard and it is walking distance to several excellent restaurants. We were there on a weekend and they may have been short staffed but our room wasn’t serviced even though I was assured it would be. The main problem was that the room itself was tiny. There was only one chair and no desk or table. The TV was on the far wall and the only way to watch it would have been to stand in the doorway to the room."

"Our newly renovated room was fantastic and we enjoyed the balcony! I also really liked having a bath robe and luxurious shower products. The location near the canal walk was also nice for my dogs. Staff were friendly!"
