"Good place to stay to visit the glacier lagoons"

"Great stay! There was a lovely walking trail along the grounds and each room was very clean and spacious. I liked that each room had its own sink, and single bathrooms and showers were very close by. Breakfast was fantastic. Would stay again!"

"We stayed for one night. There was a small hiccup during our check-in but they made it up to us by offering ua breakfast free of charge. The staff was friendly and the room was large. Note that there is no elevators and you'll have to carry your luggages up the stairs."

"We arrived after a long drive from Kirkjubæjarklaustur, checkin was fast and we were given the room immediately. Room was clean and spacious. Being vegetarians, we did not find enough options in the restaurant in the hotel. so we had to drive to Egilsstaðir which is a 20 mins drive from the hotel which had some decent places to eat. Hotel breakfast was good next day morning. Overall, stay was satisfactory and highly recommend. "
