"The room was very clean and smelled so fresh. All the staff were helpful and friendly from the front desk to the staff in the kitchen. The WIFI was fast and reliable. The location of this hotel is very easy to get to: close to I-40, 89A and Route 66 which means wherever you are coming from or desire to go, this property gives you handy access."

"I read reviews that thought it was great for the price so booked it, but I wouldn't recommend. The toilet WAS NOT clean and the person who used it was obviously ill. The room is otherwise clean, nice tv. Bed is so so. Train noise, highway noise, ac is loud. Some rooms still under contruction so ends of the hallway weree filled with supplies and broken furniture. "

"Floor was very dirty. Turned the soles of my feet black within 5 minutes. Put my socks back on 😬😄. Dropped remote under the bed. When I knelt down to get it, I saw dirt and debris everywhere. Moved nightstand to plug in charger and in addition to dirt and hair, there was a dried pool of urine underneath. Cockroach in the bathroom that I trapped under a trashcan. I told them about it and the man said he’d pass my message along to the Housekeeper."

"The area has older buildings, but seemed quite safe for 2 women in their 70s. The pool has been paved over. The room was clean. Great value for the price."
