"This was a quick stay for me but unfortunately I was put in a handicapped unit that I did not request and the people staying in the room next door to me were very loud and up until very late at night. The room was clean though and the bed was comfortable. Shuttle was a big plus. Staff was very helpful. "

"Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. "I made the reservation at 11:55pm while traveling. So of course I wouldn't make it to the property before 12am. Do to this they canceled my reservation and claimed there were no vacancies after asking what time of room I wanted to make another reservation for, which I was ok with. "I love their breakfast, they have a good variety of different options. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was after paying my deposit n paying for the room separately; I was stopped like I was trying to steal for grabbing breakfast. I had a breakfast voucher, but when I checked in no one mentioned I needed to show staff this. So of course having someone stop you n ask “ did you pay for that” really makes me feel really small. I paid in advance to avoid this."
