"Room was very clean! Comfortable King sized bed! Extra pillows and blankets in room. Large bathroom with shamoo/conditioner/ soap provided. Big fluffy towels. Friendly owner and waitress Breakfast was fresh croissants and oatmeal muffins. Homemade jam. Plate of fresh fruits.OJ, coffee and a crustless quiche with ham and cheese! Delicious!"

"Good things: Clean room, smell nice, staff is ok. Breakfast was extremely poor and lack of options. No hot breakfasts, just bagels. Overall thank you guys ! "

"The staff and breakfast were fabulous. The front entrance is very grand and looks great. Once you get to the room however, they need to have an update, the wallpaper is ripping everywhere. There were long hairs on the sheets of a freshly made bed. That was off putting. Housekeeping needs to be more thorough and make sure hairs are not left on freshly made beds. "

"My sister and I had a great few days' stay here - we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and our room was ready a bit before standard check-in time, which was a nice surprise. The room was nice and decently appointed. We weren't spending much time in the room so it wasn't too important to us. Bar Mason was convenient - and the food was tasty too! Service at the bar was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Guelph."

"There was lots of parking spaces which was in an open and well-lit lot, and I could see my car from my room. I could see cameras at the front door which had my car in view, so I was comfortable my car was safe overnight. The breakfast was simple, just what you need. I enjoyed the western-style omlette and the coffee. Staff were friendly. "Parking was great. Breakfast was not great. Hot food was barely warm. Bread and buns were dried out. They needed to be covered. Coffee was good and fresh pineapple delicious "

"There isnt enough room in this message box to list the many MANY issues with this place. If you own a tent, that would be an upgrade from this place. Out of all of the digusting things and violent people next door banging around so hard my beds headboard shook, i would say the worst thing was the fact my door wouldn't lock and i only realised that in the morning. I accidently tried opening the door without even thinking of the lock and it opened. I wondered if maybe i spaced out and unlocked it...
