"There was no-one manning reception just your name and room number on door which could cause security risk. Did not see any staff until we were leaving and cleaner was next door. The room was clean the beds a bit hard and no electric blanket or microwave to warm a heat pack. The complimentary biscuits were lovely and having the kettle we could use our hot water bottle as was cold this time of year (winter)"

"Heating was poor, split system did not work well: The amount of ambient light from the fluorescents in the pool area made the room difficult to sleep without proper block out curtains. Overall did not feel property was value for money."

"Loved the quirky rooms and da core and the breakfast was excellent"

"Reasonable room for the money but shower handles falling off. Some strange marks on the bathroom floor. But the bed was comfy with good support and the walls were fairly thick with minimal noise intrusion, which was surprising. Good coffee and tea facilities."
