"I saw several reviews knocking this place. It's not a Hilton, it's a nice roadside motel. I saw 1 spider, no roaches or drug addicts in the parking lot. What i did observe, was a place that was reasonable priced, central to what i needed. Staff was friendly, polite, and my room was very clean (just older facility). I would hesitate to stay here again if i ever came back to Acadia. "

"This motel is conveniently located near restaurants, mini golf, ocean access. It is clean and the staff is pleasant. It is very close to road on route 3, the main thorough fare between MDI, Bar Harbor, and the mainland. Unfortunately, it is getting shabby and rundown. "

"The staff was wonderful, the morning breakfast was delicious and well stocked with a variety of items to pick from. The location was just a short walk or bus ride away from the downtown area. Would stay here again."
