"Didn’t get greeted properly, it’s smell like pure weed by the entrance, the water of the pool was not clean, and just to go to the pool with the wheelchair we had to go through the kitchen because there was no entrance through the other two door for a wheelchair. "

"I’d give The New Yorker Hotel a 6/10 overall. The location and building itself are nice, but my experience ended on a frustrating note. I was charged a smoking fee even though I have never smoked in my life. Apparently their sensor was triggered by hairspray, which set it off and resulted in the charge. Now I’m stuck dealing with disputing a fee for something that simply didn’t happen. It’s honestly been a huge pain to deal with, and situations like this make the stay feel a lot less enjoyable. I understand hotels enforcing no-smoking policies, but charging such a large fee without properly verifying what actually triggered the sensor feels unfair. Because of that experience, I can’t rate my stay higher than a 6/10."

"The room was clean and our room attendant provided excellent service. However, several issues negatively impacted our stay. The room door was broken, the gym was very small, and the front desk staff was rude and not attentive. At check‑in, the agent failed to explain that our stay included a “convenience package” with tickets and amenities already built into the total price. Because this was never communicated, we were unaware of the benefits and ended up not using them, resulting in a loss of value. Overall, while housekeeping was great, the lack of communication and poor customer service at the front desk made the experience disappointing."

"Very friendly staff and acceptable accomodations. A bit spartan, but the perfect trade-off for the price offered. Good and convenient location."

"Everything was good. We had a very spacious first-floor room with direct access to the pool—amazing for the kids. I gave 4 stars only because my daughter’s swimsuit changed color after about half an hour in the pool. I think there may have been too many chemicals, and she was very disappointed to see her favorite swimsuit end up in the trash. We informed the front desk about this situation for the next guests. Hope you changed the portion of the chemical you’re using for the pool. Thank you for our stay. "

"Small room mold in the ac vents. It was a doubly bed room the could honestly fit just 1 bed comfortably. Elevators were SLOW AF. They put signs up that we would wait up to 15 minutes. Elevator was empty still many is wait because they had no service elevator! Breakfast was average the oatmeal was the only good thing! No space to sit and eat staff left the mess they saw on table to do other things. I expected better "
