"Property is in a good location. Views of the London bridge are awesome! The hotel is a little on the older side and the air conditioning isn’t the greatest. Very warm in room and halls. Staff is very helpful!"

"Our 2 nights at the strand palace was a very comfortable stay .. a couple of negatives which could of made the stay perfect are that 1-the room was quite small with very little space between the bed and the wall. 2-A variety of tea&coffee in the room but not 1 decaffeinated english tea bag ,also ..."
