"The Hotel was very nice and clean, but the only problem that I had once I arrived my very first night there was from one of their employees named "LOUIS" that worked in the front desk, his customer service is very horrible and I wouldn't recommend any service EVER again from this guy at all and I also reported it during and after my stay. "I love they had breakfast in the morning The staff were very respectful great and at your assistance My room was a 4/10 tho they didn’t vacuum My room had a real strong order but once I reported it they didn’t vacuum come in fix the order and more that I did need which made the rate of the room go from 4/10 to a 7/10 I believe they need more cleaning supplies they need to vacuum more and also they need to have someone to clean the elevators and hall around the clock to maintain the up keeping...
