The facilities weren't unuseable, but the height differences weren't the most comfortable for an able bodied person - it's maybe something the staff can consider when switching rooms."

"I think this is one of the few times I can say that the photos on a website are 100% accurate. Choosing this hotel was a brilliant decision. The staff is both very friendly and professional. At this point, I can’t help but highlight the bartender, Ionut. Extremely kind and pleasant. The hotel’s modern design, the perfect location for exploring the city, and at the same time its setting like an oasis of nature—for us, this sealed the deal for choosing this hotel, whenever we’re back in Oxford. Thank you for your hospitality. Superb. (A little tip: Go for the breakfast option. The variety and abundance make it a must-try.)"

"Always live the diner, but cannot say the same for the tvs - they rarely respond to their remotes and this time a member of staff have to come and power off the wall switch (you can’t risk it yourself in case the tv crashes to the floor)."
