"Sadly the hotel stinks of cigarette smoke, even in non smoking rooms you may struggle with the smell as it makes for an uncomfortable experience. If you are particular about clean showers then you may not what to stay here, plenty of black mould in the grout of the tiles, corners of the shower etc. Breakfast isn't very appealing but you may get lucky and find something from the wide selection. Check in staff were super friendly and helpful but English may be a challenge, have your translation app on the ready. "

"lovely hotel. saw lots of kids and dogs so very family friendly. Room was large, view was nice, had a kettle to make tea/coffee which I always appreciate. Breakfast was decent, a few vegetarian options and the freshly made juices were really good. There's an arcade with games but the pool table/cues are in bad condition and unlike my previously hotel you had to pay to play the games which felt a rather ungenerous for a 5 star hotel, same with the little train ride you can take around the building, surely a 5 star hotel could include that in the price of the stay. nothing is walkable from here except the beach. overall it was nice, staff were friendly and we slept well."

"Room is spacious and the hotel conveniently situated near the Laojie MRT station. It is also relatively new and hence clean. It is just next to the 1234Space Mall & Dongmen Pedestrian Street. For travellers to Hongkong, the hotel is just 2 stations away from the Luohu terminal station. Overall, it is a good place to stay in Shenzhen."
