Tje feont desk receptionist tried to take payment and it was their system error , he handed keys and we went to the room. Early morning at 5am i see my card was slided almost 11times. My husband went to ask so early in the morning and then by the time it was figured my card was blocked by the bank for possible fraud activity. I am not sure what was wrong...

"DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE!!!!! I called on Sunday night to ask about a deposit and they said there wasnt one, get there Monday to check in and they say there's a deposit the policy went into effect that day. So we went and did some Uber deliveries and Walmart deliveries to make the money pull back up at 930 before check in cut off time and get told that they have no rooms and they sold out even tho I had already paid for the room! Didn't even bother to try and find us a different hotel. Absolutely...
