"Ok"

"On our last night our room key would not work. We asked for assistance but it was late and no one could get us back into our room. All of our clothes and medications were inside the room and we could not access them. They assigned us another room. It was about 2:00 am before they were able to get us into our room. Obviously the maintenance of the hotel is poor."

"Clean place with nice city views and balcony. Perfect location to travel anywhere, close to trains and buses. Missing a few hotel extras like bathrobes and a mirror, but very nice place to stay at an amazing price."

"Great parking and a clean room"

"Wonderful stay and attentive staff- thank you!"

I was set to leave in the morning, so I though just deal with it and leave, but it got worst by the...

"i stayed here after my Hyrox race and was honestly quite disappointed. i accidentally got locked out of my room and the one person at the concierge was not pleasant to get support and acted like I was trying to break into a room? I had to wait over 15 mins to finally get help. I also had a room with a balcony, and had to have the Engineering team come and basically remove the locks from the patio door as it would not open. and finally their in room service app didn't work, which was just a pain...
