"Location was convenient."

"Expedia let us book and pay in full for a room. We arrived at the hotel to find they were fully booked and that they had no room available for us. All other hotels in the area were also booked, so we were really out of luck. We wasted an entire evening and have to wait for my credit card to ge refunded. If the hotel saw the booking, knowing the situation, a courtesy phone call would have been helpful before we drove all the way to the hotel."

"Location"

"Two towers. The rooms in the old tower still rank of decade old cigarette smoke (from carpets and drapes maybe). I’m assuming the newly renovated new tower doesn’t have this problem."

"This is the cutest boutique hotel. We keep coming back every year. They have remodeled the hotel and done a wonderful job! We love visiting and the owners are so accommodating."
