Khách sạn East Palestine

"Everything was wonderful! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy. We had a great stay and truly enjoyed our time there. Everything was just perfect. We would definitely love to come back! Highly recommend! ❤️"

"It’s was comfortable but the I could hear everything in the surrounding rooms unfortunately… people slamming doors and screaming at 5 in the morning. So yeah, it’s was hard to sleep."

"It was a good stay for one night"

"The hotel room cleanliness is exceptional. The amenities are 2/5, they only have few variety of breakfast."

"The staff are very nice and are making the best of what they have to work with at this property. Everyone we interacted with was truly kind and helpful. That being said, this place is a filthy dump. We had to move from the room we originally booked (to suit my disabilities) because it was filthy and poorly maintained. We were quickly moved to a "renovated " room, which was not handicapped accessible, but was cleaner and had more updated amenities. It was not, however, cleaned with...

"The property is old but well kept. The bathroom door handle was falling apart. Room furniture needs updating."

"Staff was great. The rooms were clean and the pool was warm. We enjoyed our stay."

Had this not been the case I would have 100% asked for a refund as soon as I arrived and stayed at one of the adjacent...

"The general manager Chelsey was amazing!"

We were on the 2nd floor and there was no space for another room beyond that door. We suspect that it led to stairs down into the office but we couldn't lock it from our side. Thank goodness my husband was with me. I don't think I could have stayed there by myself. I slept very little, as it was. There is no shortage of...

"Without breakfast including, room fare is not friendly"

"I feel the staff is excellent. They have been very helpful. The staff has been very helpful especially in my situation of being in between selling and finding a new residentence to call home. Especially having to deal with my animals as well."
