We checked in but were going to dinner with family so we did not go up to our room until later in the evening. We noticed a very loud fan noise that we could not locate in room 332. I went down to the front desk and she came up within five minutes, heard the noise and figured out it was from the storage and equipment room next door and assigned us a new room immediately. "I have been staying here for years when visiting family in the area and it's always been a good experience . The hotel is clean , parking is free , check in was fast and simple , and the staff is very courteous and accommodating. The pool was also clean and not too too cold ! They are also pet friendly , I brought my dog and they even had an outdoor area with free doggie bags. Good family hotel . "

"Location is excellent especially if you traveled by air. Convenient to airport. Several restaurants within walking distance. Front Desk associates were excellent and helpful.
