"The hotel was short staffed which caused there to be no cleaning of our room on our 4 day/3 night stay. Very good breakfast but with their being limited staff for such a big hotel it caused there to be a lot of shortages in food. I’m not a high maintenance person and appreciated the competitive prices but if your someone that can’t do with short comings you may stay somewhere else."

"The rooms were very clean and maintained daily which is not always the case any longer with many hotels. Air conditioning was working well. Soap and lotion in bathroom was higher end and very nice! Would definitely stay again."

"The rooms smell musty and they are very humid and have a funny smell to them. You can hear the traffic from the freeway as if there are no walls. Management is not helpful and they are very rude. I couldn’t sleep because of how loud the traffic was. Was one of the worst nights. Elevators are hot and look very old."

"You couldn’t ask for a better location. Go to the River Level and the Riverwalk is out the front door and the Alamo is out the back."

"We always enjoy staying here. I will say I was disappointed in the lack of their signature room deodorizer. That always makes it feel like home. It’s comforting when traveling."

"The room was ok, but I didn’t like the fact that the mattress was heavily stained on both sides. I check everything when staying at a hotel, and better mattress protection would’ve prevented that. That’s why I bring my own mattress protection and sheets. And the remote wasn’t working properly, and the fact that the room doors were so close together. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to no one because you have to pay for parking, and on top of that, they expect you to tip. What a rip-off! This was...
