"El hotel está bien por calidad y precio, habitaciones individuales muy pequeñas, detalles incómodos, como mala iluminación, no hay lámparas de mesa, y si viajas en verano pide habitación con Ac, además considera unos 10.00 euros diarios que tendrás que pagar por taxi ya que está en una colina difícil de caminar y peor si llevas equipage, Desayuno muy bueno abundante, pero si no deseas caminar colinas no te recomiendo"

"Firstly, the hotel does not qualify for 4 star category. Carpet was old and worn out. Sheets and towels were old. Blanket was dirty. Bathroom smells. Fines imposed for everything but the water doesn’t drain in the sink. Breakfast is expensive. It should be under 3 star category. Pricey only because it is in Old town. Not so happy after paying EUR 185 per night."

"Unfortunately, our stay from 25–26 was a very disappointing experience.
* The night before, a receptionist told us they would try to have one of the rooms ready by 11 AM, without mentioning any fee. When we arrived, we were suddenly told that early check-in would cost €60, although the room had already been paid for.
* We left our luggage and went out, but had to handle it ourselves as there was no porter available.
* We returned at 2 PM. The receptionist took our passports and told us to wait...
