"Check in was very disappointing. I was in line waiting to check in and 2 girls were behind me. The next available lady at the check in desk called over the 2 girls to come over to her kiosk to check them in instead of me. Another female check in lady behind the counter came out from the back and we made eye contact and I thought she was going to call me over so I could check in next and instead called the other couple behind me. I found the whole process slow, infuriating and rude. Check in process deserves a 1 star."

"The breakfast buffet was the highlight for our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was right across the street. The spa service was also very good as we had multiple massages and services done thanks to do the afternoon special they have. I recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Da Nang for their first time "

"There was construction happening in the next building over however, we were informed in our booking and also each recieved a complimentary drink of choice throughout our stay as a result of the construction noise. "

"Amazing pool and view. But only 6 chairs to sit by the pool so it was a luck to find the chair. Also, hotel is very nice but Korean tourists were so bad and disturbing. I think hotel should ban lap swim and diving for others to enjoy! But I will definitely come back "

"What makes sala amazing is Tram Tran and the rest of the staff. Never been to a hotel where the entire staff makes you feel this welcomed and willing to help. I had originally booked my stay and double booked at another as plans changed and didn’t make adjustments before the deadline. 100% my fault. Reached out to Expedia staff, they did jack all. So i simply accepted and paid for the mistake. Went their first day to check in and was surprised to see fresh fruits in my room. Since I wasn’t staying for the first few days I simply asked front desk to see if I can save the fresh fruits as I wanted for my kids on my return. Tram was confused because she heard I wasn’t using the room for the first few days and yet it was fully paid for the week. I simply said I made a mistake, doubled booked and went on to my other resort. Later that day I got a call from the Tram from front desk saying she was able to adjust my booking and refund me for two days to my surprise. I never asked for it, she just took ownership of my situation from our small talk and went above and beyond. Her name is Tram Tran. Any company would be lucky to have her and this should be an example of excellence. I could not be more impressed with her. Thank you Tram. "

"Our Ocean view rooms at 15th floor did not disappoint with great views of the beautiful beach, paragliding beach activities. Breakfast was good, especially from staff "Thu Hien" who always serve with a smile, she even goes the extra miles to serve extra hot tea and peel rambutans for guests. Room shower glass panel was faulty that cannot close tight with water splashing out, we have to be careful to not spray shower towards glass door direction. Pillow are too bouncy high, no extra pillow but we have to cope, could have provided a mix of firm and soft pillow. Location was excellent, look forward to visit again and hopefully improved on the negative points by then."
