"We went for a surprise anniversary and selected the queen room with harbor view. Was gorgeous but came with impeded view of harbor and construction of a rooftop access area. Not what the advertisements offered. The hotel received my frustration and responded to my concerns promptly and attentively. ..."

"The room stated was for a queen bed, it was a double bed. Was for a street view, we had a view of the roof with the noisy unit for the restaurant, so we couldn't have the window open and the other view was of the outside staff area which was gross. The Hotel was fully booked so could not get another ..."
