I stayed at the Pocono Mountain Villas Tree Top Decline Studio and had a really great experience. I was honestly nervous at first because of some of the reviews, but everything ended up being seamless. The studio was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, which was a big plus. Check-in and check-out were both super easy with no issues at all. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely come back.

The room was perfect. We stayed un a stuidio unit. Standard size fridge and stove with an oven. Making Christmas dinner was a breeze. Nice comfortable bed and pull-out sifa bed. Great grounds for sledding. Kids had a blast! Pools were heated!!!

Pocono Villas was the perfect weekend for a college reunion weekend with friends. There was a combination of outdoor activities, shopping and dining options. The stay was clean, safe and modern. The resort staff members we're helpful and friendly.

The room was nice. I loved the bathroom and the large shower. I didn’t really do any amenities, but it was great that they had amenities. The staff was nice. They were friendly and kind. I had a great experience and would go back. The restaurant on the premises was decent but just basic food options. The drinks were good.

The second we entered the reception area we were greeted and helped by Alexsiss and Mo, they were friendly and knowledgeable of the property. Once we got to our room it was clean, organized. We could definitely say we will return.

Overall the stay was very pleasant and the staff was extremely courteous. When certain amenities such as paper towels or detergent were missing, they replenished it pretty quickly. There was a towel shortage by the pools but otherwise we were totally satisfied.

Pretty, quiet area with lakes, lots of activities, and a nice park area. Everything was clean, but the unit we were in could use a remodel. Lots of stairs to get into and around our unit - so not for folks with bad knees or hips.
