"This resort was amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had split our Spring Break into 2 different resorts and we WISHED we had known RiverStone would have been this great, we would have cancelled our other trip. The only reason we didn't extend our trip at Riverstone was because we prepaid another resort in another state. We WILL be coming back to this location and using this resort. "Check in was smooth, parking was nearby an entrance to the hotel, pool was an awesome bonus, room was clean with comfortable beds that were sound-proof, but breakfast was lacking. The machine for coffee malfunctioned and the staff were not able to keep up with the demands for a Sunday morning breakfast spread. Other than the breakfast problem, it was a great stay! "

"There was no parking other than valet, but it's located next to a pay lot. They let me park in the garage anyway since there were so few patrons - I stayed after they had only been open 2 days. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 for the staff as a few people didn't have answers to some basic questions. I did run into the Chief Engineer as well as the Sales Director and both were beyond friendly, professional and interested in nothing but my quality of stay & how to improve the hotel. The...

"This was a nice place at a very reasonable price. The manager that was on duty was very friendly and helpful! My only complaint is that the rooms could use some paper towels or additional toiletries. Those items are always appreciated when you’re only staying a day or two and don’t want to have to purchase them to get through. Other than that, I have no complaints and would definitely stay again! Again, I can’t say enough about the manager and how pleasant he was. His attitude and friendliness...
