"We were in the area just for the weekend. The Indigo was so nice! The roof-top restaurant was great, I loved having a Starbucks in the lobby and we had a great view of the Gatlinburg Christmas Parade from our room! The hotel is centrally located to lots of shopping and other restaurants. Definitely will stay there again!"

The sweetest man from maintenance Saturday night went and got it and brought it to our room. My DIL was in a panic and the gentleman was so sweet. I hope management looks to get his name.
