"We were satisfied with our room at the Quality hotel. The checkin was quick and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered hot and cold selections. We could walk to a nearby chain restaurant so we didn’t have to drive after we got settled at the hotel. Staff were helpful and pleasant."

"The check in process was fast and the staff was kind. However, there was a large whole in hallway ceiling with power cords exposed. It was evident my room was missed by house cleaning. The hardwood floors were dirty with footprints from the last guest. The bathroom had poop on the toilet, floors, and walls, and mysterious items on the floor. The sink had leaks and when you turned on the water large amounts of water leak onto the floor. Due to the fact that I couldn’t use the sink, I bought...

"Over all clean hotel. We booked this one because it was cheaper and stayed breakfast was included but it was not included. Had to pay for breakfast and what they offered wants lacking. "

"Only thing that really stuck out negatively was that our "fresh" towels had black hair all over one of them, and then the next day when we got more "fresh" wash clothes, one of them looked like black make up was all over it. Kinda yucky..."

"The room was considerably dirty upon arriving with a broken tub. The floor was wet in various spots and walls had undeclared stains that resembled vomit. Sheets were not clean. The vending machine ate my money and I was told they don't serve them so can't refund. Terrible experience. "

"The staff was very attentive to all our needs. Sometimes hotels dont know if there is an issue if a guest does not report it and then an unfair review is given. We had an issue in the room with the ac unit and they fixed it immediately (it was a matter of replacing the batteries in the thermostat), and a door issue- These things happen! The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable-we had a king size; breakfast was good and the oatmeal toppings bar was a great touch. There...

"I was there for a total of 10 days. The only complaint I have is the refrigerator would freeze everything I put in it and the AC was noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful but they would not fix that refrigerator. "
