"Friendly staff. Clean room."

"I will never stay here again. Toilet broken and clogged when we arrived. Flooded when they flushed it. Took them two hours to send maintenance and Clean up. No coffee after breakfast. Had to ask for towels 3 and 4 times each day. Put out a sign morning of July 4 to say there was no cleaning staff. They had the day off. Worst hotel stay of my life."

"The property was updated, very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Rooms were clean, beds are a bit firm, but the rooms were mostly updated with newer decor. I love that our room had a peek-a-boo view of the lake behind it. The only complaint we had was that we asked for a room “refresh” (not a full clean) while we went out for the day and when we came back, the rooms had not been refreshed at all. No trashes emptied or towels given, so I had to empty our trashes since there’s no maid on...

"Hotel rooms were just ok. No shower curtain in the room. At breakfast they had no juice or milk just coffee. Pool was closed as well. Wouldn't recommend."

"Bought a pig-in-a-poke while driving. Just a stopover. Given a handicap room for no good reason. The shower sprayed more water into the room than was sprayed on the person in the shower and there was no directional capabilities. The commode seat was hanging on by a thread. Don't know the last landscaping was done. The "hot breakfast" was runny eggs and barely cooked sausage. Ran out of coffee. The apple "to go" was one day from rotten."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. But the hotel is run down and dirty. I had hair in the bathtub, bathroom floor and hair on the sheets. There are bleach stains on the carpet, the furniture is outdated. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff."

"Stay overall was descent. Only saw housekeeping once in 5 days. They need another waffle iron. And put plates at both ends or breakup hot bar. Golden waffle supplies cups for batter. Need to order them. That’s what is holding up the line. Seems like owners are cheap. Get bigger coffee cups. Staff was nice. I can tell they don’t get treated well."
