"What a wonderful stay we had. We were greeted by Valentina at the airport with flower wreaths and given a quick tour of the city prior to being brought to the hotel. The check in process was very nice and calming with a welcoming juice and treat by Patricia. She took our photo for part of a departing surprise. "From the moment you check-in at the hotel, the staff are available to assist with your needs. The restaurant menu offers a variety of very tasty dishes. One should consider booking various tours through the hotel. The operator is very reliable and the tour guides are, at a minimum, bi-lingual (Spanish and English). The hotel is in walking distance of two banks, numerous restaurants and an artisanal gifts centre."

"Celebrated my 40th birthday in Easter Island and decided to stay in Ohana. The location is a bit far from the town if you want to walk.but you can always ask the hotel to call for a taxi or you can also rent a car directly at the hotel which is a lot cheaper compared to the rental cars in town. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive with our needs and they even made me a birthday cake which was very nice. The rooms are huge and the AC was working great. Overall I give this hotel a 10/10"
