"The staff were so kind. They immediately offered tea while we were in the lobby. They offered help and assistance with everything. Checkin was fast. They upgraded our room. Breakfast on the top floor was great. Air conditioner worked well. Only downside was it was buried deep in the shopping district so it was inconvenient driving to and from the hotel in the congested streets. Big bonus: They had a private parking lot right in front of the hotel. "

"We just completed a 2-night stay at Otel Zade. We've been travelling through Turkey for more that 2 weeks and this was, by far, the best place we've stayed. From the room, to the breakfast, to the front desk, everything was perfect. House cleaning was very efficient, the front desk staff were helpful, and the breakfast help ensured that there was plenty to eat and that the large seating area was cleaned promptly.
