"The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. "

"This is one of the best hotels I’ve been too in a while. The customer service was amazing. I would recommend everyone to visit them and try their restaurants in the hotels as well. I room had the perfect view of the hotel and indoor pool. The room was clean and comfortable. I did take the room service an hour or two for my new towels but overall the experience is 10/10."
