"We had the exact room that we booked, very clean and bright. The receptionist welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. The hotel has a wonderful SPA too. "Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed. Cleanliness throughout the hotel truly stood out. Breakfast was superb, with an excellent selection of meats, cheeses, salads, fresh breads, jams, yogurt, and coffee. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, happily sharing historical details about the building, which added a special touch to our stay. The location is ideal—just a 4-minute walk to the castle....

"Have accurate and detailed directions to this property in the description of the property on Expedia, plus a note that you will have to haul your luggage up stone steps, so if you have mobility issues it will be a problem. If this is first time booking and not familiar with the area, you will need all the help you can get. We arrived yesterday by car. "We stayed one night to visit the Plitvice National Park. It is very close to entrance 2. The rooms are very clean and updated. There is no elevator for 2nd floor rooms. There is adequate parking available. The breakfast was good with variety of items to choose. The only problem is that they don’t accept credit cards and this was not disclosed at time of booking. Luckily we had enough cash to pay for the one night. This should be disclosed so you can plan."
