"The front desk staff were friendly. However, there is no staff in the evening and we were told to call a number if there were any problems. The rooms were nice enough considering they are dorm rooms for high school students during the academic year. We were told about the breakfast buffet by the staff and did not eat the breakfast because it seemed a little expensive for what you get. There is plenty of parking. Everything in Iceland is expensive so do not expect a lot for what you are getting."

"Wonderful cottage located in a beautiful farm property with gorgeous view of the mountain and surroundings. Clean and spacious with all the needed amenities for our 2 nights stay. Very nice hostess and her beautiful Icelandic horses. The stay would have been perfect if the horse riding tour was available during our 2 nights stay. It is 15 minutes to the town center. Should take that into consideration when booking, Knowing all that, we would book the place again."

"This was probably our favourite stay on our Ring Road tour. The resort was beautiful (the only surprise was that the pools and hot tubs were part of a spa package and had an extra fee), the restaurant had a fantastic menu- dinner was delicious, our breakfast was amazing! The location was stunning. Cute little spot with a huge puffin colony five minutes down the road. Loved this place!! Highly recommend!!"

"Their description in Expedia was nothing like what we were expecting. As far as we could tell there was no pool, in terms of swimming. There was no coffee shop/ cafe. There was no bar/lounge that we were shown. No laundry facility. I asked and was told they would do it, but they never got back to me on the cost. Pictures were definitely deceiving. Clean but pretty rundown. 8 people shared 1 bathroom where were stayed. It was in a beautiful setting. The dinner and breakfast they served was...
