"We stayed here 2 days. The first night when I checked in we went to our room and it was really hot in there. So we turned the ac on and it didnt work. It was very hard to sleep because it was so hot. The next morning we went to the front desk and told them about it. The lady that helped me was rude. She did give use a different room but she asked like I was inconveniencing her. When we got our new room key, we went to the room and it smelled like mildew and stall cigarette smell. We went to the front desk to tell them. The same lady helped us. She was once rude again. She basically ignored us and shrugged her shoulders and went back to her computer. We had to run to target to get an air freshener. The floors are dirty. When my husband took a shower his feet made the water black. The bed is so old you can feel the springs. They advertise the beds as being a queen they are full size. We went to the pool and the pool deck had chunks of hair and food crumbs in the floor. Went we left the second day we were driving our way home and both of us ended up getting sick. We had to keep stopping. We think we got sick by room or the pool. The only good thing with the second room the ac worked. My husband said she gave us the complainers room. We definitely got a smaller room than our first one. We will never stay there again. We dont recommend this place. They dont put any money they make back into the hotel."
