"We came up for the Boone Forest Rally, and your staff could not have been more helpful. With 6 of us checking in for 4 different rooms, the front desk handled it perfectly! The afternoon of checkout I got a call that one of our crew had left an apple watch in their room-I gave them the front desk number and he coordinated getting it mailed to him Excellent staff and clean rooms-we look forward to returning next year! "This is a very beautiful place, and the setting is just magnificent; however, cutting down a few stray trees would have significantly made the scenery more beautiful. From our room, the multi-state view was obstructed by 4 trees that did not look that hard to cut down (slim). The view from the restaurant, however, was breathtaking. I feel like management could make a few modifications to bring in more customers. The food was not the greatest, but we spent only one night, so maybe it was just...
