Took just a couple minutes texting the host to get the check in information that was to be emailed- but they sent it pretty quickly when I said it wasn't sent yet. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. "Fantastic property. From booking there was an issue with Hotels.com double booking the apartment but Peter the host was straight on to sort it for us. Made sure everything was accommodated, constant clear communication and what a place! Super clean, spacious, amazing location with plenty public transport around and of course Fenway park 2 minutes walk! Super glad we booked, great price for what we had and will definitely be back anytime we are in Boston. Thanks Peter!"
