"No notice upfront that the pool needed to be booked in advance for 2 hour time slots. By the time we checked in there was no availability. Mostly booked the hotel for the pool so it was a bit discouraging. The rest of the hotel was very clean and nice!"

"Of late courtyards are best average properties. People are nice but I think this chain of properties lost its sheen. Just getting a cup of coffee is a challenge in these locations"

"The hotel itself is very cute. It’s in a nice area. The rooms were pretty basic. The door locks were still keys, and the rooms needed some minor repairs like loose door nobs, and shower handles. There is no gym, no restaurant, no coffee maker, no cups, ice machine is in the basement.. so no real amenities. They are one of the few hotels that provide mouthwash. Also most hotels I’ve stayed at no longer have carpet. My room did."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. There is no free parking and offered paid parking by the hotel is 35$ for 24 hrs ( not sure if better options available) The rooms and shared bathrooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. The check-in experience was average. While the staff were polite, they seemed a little impatient when answering questions. A more welcoming and patient...
