"This is a lovely hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is lack of amenities. I understand the bar is opening soon and a restaurant is to come. That will be an improvement but there needs to be at the very least a snack counter. Soda, chips, etc"

" I attempted to change original reservation to the next night, but Best Western would not accommodate my request, so I had to pay for two nights. One night at this hotel was one too many. Waking up early in the morning, there were cockroaches, both dead and alive, in our room. The front desk person when checking in was less than helpful. Breakfast was only served until 8 am. I would most definitely not recommend this hotel."

"Total disappointment. Bartender was more interested in basketball game with local regulars then interacting with guests. Water was out in the two rooms we were in. I was told that maintenance was coming to fix the issue and I would receive a follow up call. Both rooms were told the same thing with no return call. Breakfast was a joke and was 12.00 per person. We travel a lot and I can tell you that was a continental breakfast that is free wirh most brands. "
