"In our room: #116 * no plug in sink * refrigerator not working "

"The clwrk was friendly, and the place was fairly clean, but i would not have made reservations there if i had know. There was no elevator. We had to make 3 tripa feom our car and had to climb stairs each time, after an exhausting day on the road. Carpet in hallway was worn and looked dirty. Beds were too soft. Overall a poor value for the cost. "

"The hotel is not an updated one by any means, but the night and day staff were very nice and respectful and respectful to my request! We have stayed here twice now on our way to Washington. I’ll be back "

"Staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They moved us 3 times due to something not working in room. Shower sprayed stair up at ceiling, liq wayer pressure, for the price, we could have stayed at much nicer. Wont go again "

"The property is pretty outdated. We went ahead and stayed because we like Oxford Suites, but this one does not deliver like others that we have stayed at before. Rooms are really small and outdated you can hear everything through the walls, bathroom is just one roll from the bed, making it not ideal for privacy, no fan in the bathroom. One thing that Oxford Suites is known for is their evening reception, this was another area that lacked. Then came the 7am breakfast…. It was not ready until well after the opening scheduled time. Once it did open it really lacked the quality and service that Oxford Suites have been offering at other properties. This property was more money than other hotels in the area, I was thinking it would be worth it since we had stayed at several Oxfords but this place missed the mark."
