"This was a quaint hotel in Hofn on our 9 day Iceland trip. We enjoyed the spacious “family” room & breakfast. It was also very clean."

"This was right on route 1 near Diamond Beach, 15 min away. We were there with 4 adults and there was an extra bed in the room so we used it to store our bags. There was a lounge area on the 1 and 2nd floor so if you were with group of friends, you can hang out there. Breakfast was not included but their food was great. Not many restaurants near by so we enjoyed their dinner and breakfast."

"An excellent guesthouse! We stayed here on the way back from Jokulsarlon. kirkjubæjarklaustur is only about 10min drive away, with lots of dining options. The room was spacious and clean. We had a room with a private bathroom, which was really convenient. The room stayed really warm, and we couldn't keep the window open wide enough to stay cool during the night... Breakfast was excellent! "

"Great stay! There was a lovely walking trail along the grounds and each room was very clean and spacious. I liked that each room had its own sink, and single bathrooms and showers were very close by. Breakfast was fantastic. Would stay again!"

"Staff was really friendly. Easy check-in. Thought the other guests were italian. They weren't they were spanish. The town was worth visiting."

"One of our favorite spots that we stayed at during our Iceland trip. We were able to see the northern lights the night we stayed. Loved the cleanliness of the room. The shower and toilet were all in one but large bathroom. Would stay here again. "

"We had a large family room for 4 (you could easily fit more young children if co-sleeping). Common kitchen had other travelers making breakfast and chatting. (Keep in mind there's no food available at this location.) No problems waiting for the shared shower. Self-checking with code 24/7."
