"The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...

"This was an overnight stay with my boyfriend. Check in was probably the most efficient I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly, the hotel was comfortable and clean. The walls appeared to have been recently painted so the baseboards were being worked on…there was sawdust on the carpet in the hallway, no biggie.
